Eligibility	i) Pre-Nursery- Children born between April 01, 2020 – March 31 ,2021 ii) Nursery- Children born between August 31, 2019- April 01, 2020

Forms duly completed should be deposited with the:-

• Residence Proof.
• Date of Birth Certificate of the Candidate issued either by –
  1) The District Office of the Registrar of Births and Deaths or
  2) The Date of Birth Certificate the ‘Nagar Nigam’ issued.
• Please Note:- Date of Birth Certificate issued by the village ‘Pradhan’ will not be acceptable; in such case, the parents have to get the Affidavit signed by the S.D.M. of the place.
• Four passport-size photographs of the Student and two of the Mother & Father, each or Guardian.
• Please note: A transfer Certificate from the previous school will be required after admission has been granted.
• Copy of last mark sheet.
• The Original documents must be furnished at the time of the meeting for Verification.
